Our community lies on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks in Osage
Beach, Missouri. Homes offer serene forest, cliff, lakeside,
or golf views. Tan Tar A Estates is a gated, residential
resort lifestyle community with swimming pools, an indoor
water park, boating, golf courses, horseback riding, tennis,
miniature golf, restaurants, and much more. Homeowners of
all ages enjoy the numerous activities. The Lake area offers
lakeside fine dining, numerous championship golf courses,
wineries, outstanding state parks, shopping, and 1100 miles
of shoreline to explore.
The Tan Tar A Home Owners Association represents the Home
Owners of Tan Tar A Estates and is not associated with
Duenke Enterprises, LLC. The HOA is open for membership to
all homeowners. There is a $40 a year fee for those who wish
to attend the social events which include dinners, cocktail
parties, golf tournaments, and BBQs. During the summer,
there are poolside potluck dinners on the first Friday of
the month for all homeowners.
The Homeowners elect a Board of nine to carry out the
mission of the Home Owners’ Association. The mission is as
follows:
“The mission of the Tan Tar A Estates Home Owners
Association is to promote a sense of community, to work
together to enhance the unique quality and value of Tan Tar
A Estates and to foster a healthy collaboration between its
members and all business partners with a common interest in
the continued success of the development. All of this is to
be done in a business like and financially prudent manner.”
